Noise Cancelling Solutions for Ham Radio 160m operation

as I have lot of problems with high noise level in my suburban QTH I am looking for some noise cancelling methods nor product to enhancing the signals on 160m except receiving antennas...
Just few days ago I found interesting informations about the "bhi" products as follows:
